I'm the cook, this is my zone! I keep up the cabin, wash the dishes, and make tasty munchies. and work on deck. I believe part of keeping a good atitude for three months of living on a boat requires that you eat well, whenever possible. 'Course we have the best of fresh seafood for ingredients; I just got done making crab omelets for breakfast, just before I snapped the picture below...We'd just installed a brand new stove. I keep the grill top polished so I can, say, fry pancakes right on the top, or grilled cheese sandwiches for snack...I have a sweet tooth; it's why I learned to cook; I exercise it regularly on the boat! |
