A little bumpy, but not too bad; our net is still open, fishing; the "Sea Star" has closed up and is hauling gear. We take 30 minute turns when there's other boats around; when there's more than 2 boats, we go somewhere else, to get more fishing time. General rules state than you shouldn't fish closer than half a mile from in front of someone's net; otherwise you're "corking them off," (catching the fish that are headed for their net) a good way to get on everyone's bad side. The fleet will gang up on you, if you fish unethically; they'll cork you without mercy, 'till you leave. |
